The UNDIVIDED Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining processes related to the onboarding and training of Learning Facilitators, the registration of group participants, communication with church and organizational partners, and the tracking and regular management of the UNDIVIDED pipeline process. From implementation to execution, the Training Coordinator will work to establish step-by-step best practices to ensure that all processes and systems are clear, effective and sustainable. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for establishing a volunteer team that will support key functions of the role.

Educational, Operational and Experience Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Proficiency in Google required
Database management experience strongly preferred
Knowledgeable about CRM systems
Knowledgeable about LMS systems
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an indoor setting
This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Work can be performed at home, or onsite if space is available
Ability to operate a computer for long periods of time
