The UNDIVIDED CRM & Systems Support Specialist is responsible for implementing, integrating and managing critically important operational systems across all departments. The person serving in this role will oversee the central customer-facing systems that are responsible for establishing and maintaining the most efficient experience internally and externally. The CRM & Systems Support Specialist will also manage important administrative needs that support all departments. This person will work to establish practices to ensure that all processes and systems are clear, effective and sustainable.

  • CRM Process Management
    • Deciding on the structure of a chosen CRM platform structure and ensuring it works seamlessly across each arm of the organization
    • Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle
    • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company
    • Mapping customer journeys by analyzing touchpoints along a pipeline and maximizing opportunities with this information
    • Refine CRM procedures and workflows to support organizational needs
  • Administrative
    • Maintain internal databases
    • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience
Educational, Operational and Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Google required
  • Database management experience required
  • CRM and HR system admin experience
  • Knowledgeable about CRM systems
  • Knowledgeable about LMS platforms
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Work is generally performed in an indoor setting
  • This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Work can be performed at home, or onsite if space is available
  • Ability to operate a computer for long periods of time
