The UNDIVIDED Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining processes related to the onboarding and training of Learning Facilitators, the registration of group participants, communication with church and organizational partners, and the tracking and regular management of the UNDIVIDED pipeline process. From implementation to execution, the Training Coordinator will work to establish step-by-step best practices to ensure that all processes and systems are clear, effective and sustainable. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for establishing a volunteer team that will support key functions of the role.

Tasks:
  • Workflow process management
    • Creating and refining process maps
    • Manage application and interview process
    • Manage facilitator and church matching process
  • Manage the Master Calendar
    • Training/Facilitator Academy
    • Manage interview schedule
    • Church calendar
    • Corporate calendar
  • CRM Liason
    • Emails - creating, sending
    • Storing participant data and information
    • Sets up registration links, organizes groups and monitors the racial balance
    • Communicating to the churches along the way
  • Oversight of Learning Facilitators
    • Keeping Learning Facilitators updated and informed
    • Respond to questions and concerns
    • Responsible for maintaining and processing Learning Facilitators’ financial paperwork
  • Ability to lead and manage volunteer teams
    • Ability to delegate, set priorities and manage timelines
Educational, Operational and Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Google required
  • Database management experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledgeable about CRM systems
  • Knowledgeable about LMS systems
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Work is generally performed in an indoor setting
  • This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Work can be performed at home, or onsite if space is available
  • Ability to operate a computer for long periods of time
