The Senior Learning Manager is responsible for the Functional and Leadership learning agenda for Undivided. This includes overall learning strategy, priorities, curriculum development and delivery. This position must understand external trends in learning delivery, be proficient in instructional design, and shape the agenda in a way that meets the needs of each unique audience. This includes partnering with the Undivided Product and Market Delivery teams to understand key capability priorities and desired results. The Senior Learning Manager also partners across the People and Marketing workstreams to ensure integration and continuity of brand. Another key responsibility includes creating a virtual learning experience that can be customized within key geographies and cultural/historical context in mind. This position will need to leverage appropriate technology, including the selection, implementation, and management of an LMS system. In addition to content development, the Senior Learning Manager will manage the execution/delivery of content in all markets/relationships through a network of trained facilitators.

  • Recruiting and training content facilitators (mostly volunteer)
  • Training delivery & facilitation
  • Learning tools and methods
  • Curriculum development for all 3 variant Undivided Products
  • E-Learning/Virtual content strategy
  • LMS selection and integration
  • Vendor management
  • Learning metrics and tracking
  • Excellent Consulting and Stakeholder mapping and management both internal within Undivided as well as external clients/stakeholder groups
  • Project Management of the Learning Workstream
Requirements and Qualifications
Job Experience
  • Experienced Learning, Talent Management and Organization Development professional
  • Strong expertise in organizational and team effectiveness desired
  • Strong knowledge and experience with design thinking, instructional design, learner analysis and the end-to-end learning process i.e. learning evaluation and needs assessment, program design, develop and delivery
  • Ability to interpret product capability needs and translate these into a coherent program of work and actionable items
  • Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
  • Strong understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change, the ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity
  • Must commit to expectations detailed inthe “I Promise” document, including using the bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines and pursuing personal purity
  • Knowledge and experience of UNDIVIDED (or similar course) preferred
Education Requirements
  • BA/MA/MBA in HR/Instructional Design or related strongly preferred
  • Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints
  • Must be able to walk up to 3 miles
  • Must be able to lift up 25 to 50 lbs.
Scheduling / Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high impact events
